from GR Press 1979, three CRC covenant kids playing golf at Indian Trails golf course : Dave Engelhard, Phil Kok, & Keith Steensma

 1979: we went out for a day of golf, early morning, a little misty - at Indian Trails Golf Course at the corner of 28th & Kalamazoo Ave. and suddenly a guy came walking towards us - turned out to be a reporter from the Grand Rapids Press (now MLive.com) . We felt like Hollywood stars being chased by paparazzi ! The next day we found this in the GR Press. I almost lost it - it got torn up a little bit , but managed to scan it and keep it online forever ! wow . Our 15 seconds of fame.
